Cahokia Mounds Museum Society & Cahokia Mounds State Historic Site, In cooperation with Collinsville Area Camera Club are sponsoring an exciting photographic event!

We invite photographers to submit photographs related to North American Indians that transcend simple snapshots.  We are challenging you to send us images that evoke the spirit of the North American Indians, their people, character, events, objects, symbols, environment, and past or present culture.

All photographs will be displayed in the Interpretive Center at Cahokia Mounds.  Judging will occur on October 16, during the reception and silent auction.

The deadline for submission is October 1.  There is a $10 fee per entry.  For more information call 618-344-7316.
