Call for Artists

The Cahokia Mounds State Historic Site and Cahokia Mounds Museum Society will be hosting a Spring Indian Market  March 19-21, 2010.  The event will be held inside the Interpretive Center, located at 30 Ramey St. in Collinsville, IL. The purpose of the event is to present Native American art, craft and culture.

The show is open to Native American artists in painting, drawing, sculpture, ceramics, textiles, jewelry, music, etc. tc.  Only authentic arts and crafts are sought for this show.

Fees: The fee for participating in this event will equal $125.00  A $50.00 deposit is required to hold your booth space up front, sent with a copy of the Spring Indian Market Application 2010

Artist Responsibilities: Each participant is responsible for their own travel and lodging arrangements and costs.

Exhibit Space: The event will take place inside the Interpretive Center.  Two tables and chairs will be provided if requested ahead of time.  Booth space is approximately 12′ x 12′.  Let us know if you need a power outlet.  Other display elements are the responsibility of the artist.  Coverage of booths during breaks and lunches is the responsibility of the participant.
